MySuper Product definition

MySuper Product means the class of beneficial interest we are authorised to offer as a MySuper product under Superannuation Law for the purposes of this Division.
MySuper Product means a MySuper product as defined in the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
MySuper Product means has the same meaning as "MySuper product" under the Supervision Act.

Examples of MySuper Product in a sentence

  • Member a person admitted as a member of the Fund and who has not ceased to be a member of the Fund under clause 7.3. MySuper Product has the same meaning as in the SIS Act.

  • If an employee does not nominate a complying superannuation fund, then the Company will direct the superannuation contributions to the employee’s account in the complying Company default fund with SunSuper, which provides a MySuper Product.

  • Boral will continue to make contributions into ▇▇▇▇▇’s default superannuation fund (currently Boral Super, a sub- plan of the PLUM Superannuation Fund, an MLC Super Fund (product identified 70 732 426 024 883) which is a fund that offers a MySuper Product (Boral Super).

  • The Company will contribute superannuation payments on behalf of Employees in accordance with the requirements of the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation to a Superannuation fund designated by the Employee, alternatively the Employee may join the Company’s default Superannuation Fund (Australian Super) that offers a MySuper Product.

  • In the event the Employer is unable to determine which fund is the Employee’s existing (stapled) superannuation fund, the Employee will be asked and entitled to nominate a registered superannuation fund of their choice (provided the fund offers a MySuper Product).

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation, ingestion, or absorption; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
