Métis Nation of Ontario definition

Métis Nation of Ontario or “MNO” means the democratically-elected, self-government representative of various Métis communities in Ontario who hold Aboriginal rights protected by section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
Métis Nation of Ontario or “MNO” means the Métis Nation of Ontario Secretariat Inc., which is a legal entity incorporated under the Ontario Interpretation Corporations Act and which the MNO Communities Represented by the MNO has incorporated to act as its legal and administrative arm;
Métis Nation of Ontario or “MNO” means the administrative arm of the Métis Nation in Ontario also known as the Métis Nation of Ontario Secretariat Inc. which is duly incorporated pursuant to the laws of Ontario;
