Schedule 5 Endnotes 6 Name of Special Arrangement (1) This Special Arrangement is the National Health (Multiple Hospitals Paperless Claiming Trial) Special Arrangement 2012.
legal arrangement means a trust or other similar arrangement;
Travel Arrangements means: (a) transportation: (b) accommodations: and (c) other specified services arranged by the Travel Supplier for the covered trip.
referral arrangement means any arrangement in which a registrant agrees to pay or receive a referral fee;
General Arrangement Drawings shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 3.1 (iii) (b);
Access Arrangement means an arrangement for access to a Covered Pipeline that has been approved by the Relevant Regulator.
Life-of-the-unit, firm power contractual arrangement means a unit participation power sales agreement under which a utility or industrial customer reserves, or is entitled to receive, a specified amount or percentage of nameplate capacity and associated energy from any specified unit and pays its proportional amount of such unit's total costs, pursuant to a contract:
Memorandum of Understanding means the memorandum of understanding between the Funder and the Ministry in effect from time to time in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet “Agencies and Appointments Directive”. Ministry means, as the context requires, the Minister or the Ministry of Health or such other ministry as may be designated in accordance with Applicable Law as the ministry responsible in relation to the relevant matter or the Minister of that ministry, as the context requires.
Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;
Change of Scope Order shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (iv); “Completion Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2; “Construction” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.2 (f);
Premarital agreement means an agreement between prospective spouses made in contemplation of marriage and to be effective upon marriage.
Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;
Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;
Waste Framework Directive or “WFD” means Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.
Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Standard Agreement Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual contract counterpart.
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;
Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Interlocal Agreement means an agreement entered into under this act.
Standard Amendment Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to amend agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of a Standard Amendment, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent an Amendment as an individual contract counterpart.
Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Arrangement Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereof;
Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
