Naming Entity definition

Naming Entity means the entity (e.g. corporation, community organization, or individual) to whom Naming Rights are granted pursuant to a Naming Rights Agreement;
Naming Entity means a nationally recognized entity that maintains a list of official English-language names for birds in North America and South America.
Naming Entity means the sponsor purchasing the Naming Rights of a Town facility.
