NAS Percentage. With respect to each Distribution Date and each Class of NAS Certificates, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the percentage obtained by dividing (a) the sum of the Class Principal Amount of such Class immediately prior to such Distribution Date and $9,300,000 by (b) the Non-AP Mortgage Pool Balance for the related Pool immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
