Naskapi Native party definition

Naskapi Native party means the Naskapis de Schefferville band, acting through its council, until the establishment of the corporation to which Category IBN lands will be granted pursuant to section 5 of the Northeastern Québec Agreement and, thereafter, the said corporation or its successor.
