National Highways definition

National Highways means the highways specified in the Schedule to the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) or any other highway declared as national highway under sub-section (2) of section 2 of the said Act;
National Highways means each of the roads declared to be a National Highway under section 2 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the National Highways Act, 1956 and includes any expressway or express highway vested in the Central Government;
National Highways means the roads notified as such by the Government of India from time to time;
