National Panel of Assessors definition

National Panel of Assessors or ‘the Panel’ means the panel of assessors that provide the SWS assessment services, the OSA assessment services, the WMS assessment services or other assessment-related services established in accordance with the Disability Employment National Panel of Assessors Deed of Standing Offer.
National Panel of Assessors or ‘the Panel’ means the panel of assessors that provide the Supported Wage System (SWS) assessment services, the Ongoing Support Assessment (OSA) services, the Workplace Modification Scheme (WMS) assessment services or other assessment-related services established by the Department.

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);
