National Player definition
National Player means a Player with a SARU Player Contract to play for SARU;
National Player means any individual who, in the ten (10) years preceding membership registration or renewal:
National Player means a Player who performs a professional Esports Activity and who, in accordance with the provisions of this Law or of Laws no. 110 of 28 June 2010, no. 71 of 27 June 2013, no. 94 of 7 August 2017, no. 115 of 29 September 2017, no. 223 of 23 December 2020 and its subsequent amendments or of Delegated Decree no. 101 of 13 January 2019 and its subsequent amendments, is temporarily or permanently resident in the Republic of San Marino, as provided for in this Law;
Examples of National Player in a sentence
If the doping offence cannot be proven by the anti-doping agency involved or the National Player's period of ineligibility is reduced to less than three months, the National Player must be reimbursed for the income forfeited during the period that his contract was suspended for.
By signing this Contract, Player and Club confirm they will comply with all applicable rules, regulations and policies including the National Player Transfer Regulations, National Deregistration Policy and applicable State Football Bodyrules.
