National Rebate definition

National Rebate means the CMS Basic Rebate and the CMS CPI Rebate, collectively.
National Rebate. Agreement shall mean the rebate agreement developed and entered into by CMS on behalf of the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services or his or her designee and a manufacturer to pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1396r-8.
