Examples of National Settlement Agreement in a sentence

  • The Parties agree to discuss the use, as the Parties may deem appropriate in the future, of the settlement terms set out herein (after any necessary amendments) for resolutions with Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants not covered by the National Settlement Agreement or a Bankruptcy Resolution.

Related to National Settlement Agreement

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State.
