  • Official Bulletins may be issued in accordance with the provisions of the National Sporting Code.

  • I accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that the minor and I have read and understood the National Sporting Code of the ACU, Standing Regulations, Supplementary Regulations and Final Instructions subsequently issued and Entry Forms and that he/she will comply with them.

  • Racing will consist of the following events for motorcycles described in Category 1, Groups A1 & B1 of the National Sporting Code.

  • Associate Members are not eligible to participate as a competitor in any competition organised under this National Sporting Code unless also a Competition Member or authorised in the Supplementary Regulations of a particular competition.

  • National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);

  • Professional Sports means a sport, which would remunerate a player in excess of 50% of his or her annual income as a means of their livelihood.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • National Housing Act means the National Housing Act (Canada), a federal law that promotes the construction of new houses and the repair and modernization of existing houses. CMHC provides mortgage default insurance under this law.

  • Uniform Commercial Code means the New York Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time.

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • National Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made under section 17(1) of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No.103 of 1977), and published under Government Notice No. R.1081 of 10 June 1988, as amended;

  • CHAMPUS means the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services.

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.

  • Act of 1999 means the Electricity Regulation Act 1999;

  • NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.
