Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization means a nationally recognized statistical rating organization within the meaning of Rule 436 under the Securities Act.
Accrediting agency means: an accreditor recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and whose scope of recognition, as specified by the U.S. Department of Education, includes Distance Education.
Nationally recognized testing laboratory means any testing laboratory recognized by the accreditation program of the U.S. department of labor occupational safety and health administration.
Rating Agency means only those rating agencies that are engaged from time to time to rate the securities issued in connection with the Securitizations of the Notes.
Registered Rating Agency (a) Any Rating Agency that has registered as a user of the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website; or (b) any NRSRO other than the Rating Agencies (i) that has registered as a user of the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website and (ii) with respect to which the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider has received an NRSRO Certification pursuant to Section 12.13(h) of this Agreement.
Accrediting Body means any non-governmental entity, including institutional and specialized accrediting agencies, which engages in the granting or withholding of accreditation of educational institutions, programs or courses in accordance with standards relating to the performance, operations, financial condition or academic standards of such institutions, programs or courses.
Rating Agency or Rating Agencies S&P, Xxxxx’x and Fitch or their successors. If such agencies or their successors are no longer in existence, “Rating Agencies” shall be such nationally recognized statistical rating agencies, or other comparable Persons, designated by the Depositor, notice of which designation shall be given to the Trustee and the Servicer.
Rating means the operating limits as specified by the component manufacturer.
Sending agency means a party state, officer or employee thereof; a subdivision of a party state, or officer or employee thereof; a court of a party state; a person, corporation, association, charitable agency or other entity which sends, brings, or causes to be sent or brought any child to another party state.
Nationally tracked source means a sealed source containing a quantity equal to or greater than Category 1 or Category 2 levels of any radioactive material listed in 12VAC5-481-3780. In this context a sealed source is defined as radioactive material that is sealed in a capsule or closely bonded, in a solid form and that is not exempt from regulatory control. It does not mean material encapsulated solely for disposal, or nuclear material contained in any fuel assembly, subassembly, fuel rod, or fuel pellet. Category 1 nationally tracked sources are those containing radioactive material at a quantity equal to or greater than the Category 1 threshold. Category 2 nationally tracked sources are those containing radioactive material at a quantity equal to or greater than the Category 2 threshold but less than the Category 1 threshold.
Credit Rating Agency means a nationally recognized credit rating agency that evaluates the financial condition of issuers of debt instruments and then assigns a rating that reflects its assessment of the issuer’s ability to make debt payments.
Rating Agency Communication means, with respect to any action and any Securitization, any written communication intended for a Rating Agency, which shall be delivered at least ten (10) Business Days prior to completing such action, in electronic document format suitable for website posting to the 17g-5 information provider under the applicable Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Other Rating Agency means each NRSRO, if any, other than Fitch then providing a rating for the VMTP Shares pursuant to the request of the Fund.
Requesting agency means the agency of state government that has requested a specific budget amendment.
Reporting Financial Institution means a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution or a Reporting U.S. Financial Institution, as the context requires.
NRSRO A nationally recognized statistical rating organization within the meaning of Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act.
Ratings Agency means any of S&P, Xxxxx’x, and Fitch (collectively the ‘Ratings Agencies’).
Clearing Organization means (a) The Depository Trust Company, or, if agreed to by Borrower and Lender, such other “securities intermediary” (within the meaning of the UCC) at which Borrower (or Borrower’s agent) and Lender (or Lender’s agent) maintain accounts, or (b) a Federal Reserve Bank, to the extent that it maintains a book-entry system.
Using agency has the same meaning as defined in Texas Government Code, Section 2166.001(10).
Other Rating Agency Guidelines mean the guidelines provided by each Other Rating Agency, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with the Other Rating Agency’s rating of Senior Securities.
National Repository means any Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository for purposes of the Rule.
Provider agency means a funded organization under contract with the Children’s Board to deliver and provide social services and supports to children and families of Hillsborough County, FL.
Sponsoring agency means Sandia; "Federal Government" or "government," in connection with government agencies or government property, shall mean the United States of America.
Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
Cooperating agency means any Federal agency other than a lead agency which has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved in a proposal (or a reasonable alternative) for legislation or other major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The selection and responsibilities of a cooperating agency are described in Sec. 1501.6. A State or local agency of similar qualifications or, when the effects are on a reservation, an Indian Tribe, may by agreement with the lead agency become a cooperating agency.
Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Notes or failed to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control, the Issuer may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.
