Natural resources officer definition

Natural resources officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is appointed as a natural resources officer under section 1501.24 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Natural resources officer means the same as that term is defined in Section 148 79-2-701.
