FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.
New York Federal Reserve’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York currently at http://www.newyorkfed.org, or any successor website;
Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and
BC Bid Website means www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca; “City” means the City of Surrey;
NY Federal Reserve’s Website means the website of the NY Federal Reserve, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor website of the NY Federal Reserve or the website of any successor administrator of the Secured Overnight Financing Rate.
CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
Online Banking is the internet-based service providing access to your Bank account(s);
Company’s Website means the website of the Company and/or its web-address or domain name (if any).
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
Website means the City of Tulsa’s website for the Purchasing Division: www.cityoftulsapurchasing.org.
L/C Bank means the Acceptable Bank providing a letter of credit pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Facility Lease.
Company Website means the collection of web pages that may be accessed on the World Wide Web using the URL address xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Company may from time to time designate in writing to the Trustee.
Internet Website The Internet Websites maintained by the Trustee and, if applicable, the Master Servicer initially located at "xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx" and "xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx", respectively, or such other address as provided to the parties hereto from time to time.
L/C Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.

New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.
Reporting Financial Institution means a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution or a Reporting U.S. Financial Institution, as the context requires.
