NDM Supply Point definition

NDM Supply Point means a point, comprising a single NDM Gas Point at which Natural Gas is offtaken from the Distribution System serving a single End User;
NDM Supply Point means a point at which Natural Gas is offtaken from the Distribution System and comprises one or more NDM Gas Points within a Common Curtilage serving a single End User;
NDM Supply Point means that point which may comprise one or more Gas Points at which Natural Gas is offtaken from the Distribution System where the annual rate or quantity of Natural Gas offtaken at each Gas Point is less than 5,550,000 kWh. “Operational Siteworks” are activities outlined in the Siteworks Charges Document and which may be undertaken by Bord Gáis pursuant to this Agreement at the request of the Company and the performance of which may (by agreement between the Parties) include, but shall not be limited to:-

Examples of NDM Supply Point in a sentence

  • The User shall be deemed to have applied for NDM NTS Exit Capacity when submitting a Supply Point Confirmation for a Proposed Supply Point which includes a Firm NDM Supply Point Component, and shall not make a separate application for such capacity.

  • The CDSP shall use such data for the purposes of determining the End User Category for the NDM Supply Point in which the Supply Meter is comprised in accordance with Section H.

  • The quantity of Shrinkage Gas attributable to the Distribution System for a Day (" Initial Distribution System Shrinkage Gas Attribution") shall be calculated on D+1 by multiplying the actual quantity of Natural Gas consumed by the Distribution System for the Day (calculated in accordance with Part D (Nominations, Allocations and NDM Supply Point Reconciliation) Section 2.7.3(b)) by the Distribution System Shrinkage Factor.

  • The NTS Exit Capacity which a User is registered as holding at or (as the case may be) in respect of an NDM Supply Point Component on any Day in a Gas Year will be equal to the Supply Point Capacity determined in accordance with TPD Section H4.1.

  • The Shipper shall subject to Section 1.8 cease to be the Registered Shipper at a NDM Supply Point with effect from the end of the Day on which the Isolation is completed.

  • The NDM NTS Exit Capacity which the User is from time to time registered as holding in respect of each Firm NDM Supply Point Component will be determined in accordance with TPD Section H4.1.

  • The User will cease to be registered as holding NDM NTS Exit Capacity at the NTS/LDZ Offtake in respect of a Firm NDM Supply Point Component in the relevant Exit Zone where the User submits a Supply Point Withdrawal which becomes effective in respect of the relevant Supply Point in accordance with TPD Section G3.2.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Clinical Supply Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.

  • Self Supply LSE means a Load Serving Entity in one or more Mitigated Capacity Zones that operates under a long-standing business model to meet more than fifty percent of its Load obligations through its own generation and that is (i) a municipally owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of the State of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (ii) a cooperatively owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of State of New York or otherwise created pursuant to the Rural Electric Cooperative Law of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (iii) a “Single Customer Entity,” or (iv) a “Vertically Integrated Utility.” A Self Supply LSE cannot be an entity that is a public authority or corporate municipal instrumentality created by the State of New York (including a subsidiary of such an authority or instrumentality) that owns or operates generation or transmission and that is authorized to produce, transmit or distribute electricity for the benefit of the public unless it meets the criteria provided in section (i), (ii), or (iii) of this definition. For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • Basic gas supply service means gas supply service that is

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
