  • Nothing contained herein shall affect or prejudice any right, present or future, which Trans Mountain may have under the provisions of the NEB Act or otherwise to acquire, use or occupy the Pipeline ROW Area, the Temporary Workspace Area or any other portions of or any right or interest registered against the title to the Lands of the Owner.
