Necessary or Required Upgrade definition

Necessary or Required Upgrade is a replacement improving: manufacturer specification; energy efficiency; or Item performance due to external circumstances (such as statutory mandated system modifications and/or regulatory requirements).

Related to Necessary or Required Upgrade

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Needed means: For the implementation of the Project: Access Rights are Needed if, without the grant of such Access Rights, carrying out the tasks assigned to the recipient Party would be technically or legally impossible, significantly delayed, or require significant additional financial or human resources. For Exploitation of own Results: Access Rights are Needed if, without the grant of such Access Rights, the Exploitation of own Results would be technically or legally impossible.

  • Necessary Endorsement means undated stock powers endorsed in blank or other proper instruments of assignment duly executed and such other instruments or documents as the Agent (as that term is defined below) may reasonably request.

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • Control Area(s) means an electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied.

  • Medically Necessary means a service which is appropriate and consistent with the treatment of the condition in accordance with accepted standards of community practice.
