Negotiated Job Offer definition

Negotiated Job Offer means an offer of employment (or an offer of continued employment) with a successor employer or outsource vendor the terms and conditions of which are negotiated by an Employer, Parent or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates and may include, among other things, a reduction in Base Pay Rate.

Related to Negotiated Job Offer

  • Open Competitive Bidding means a fair and transparent specified procedure defined under these Rules, advertised in the prescribed manner, leading to the award of a contract whereby all interested persons, firms, companies or organizations may bid for the contract and includes both National and International Competitive Biddings;

  • Competitive solicitation means a formal, advertised procurement process, other than an Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Invitation to Negotiate, approved by the Board to purchase commodities and/or services which affords vendors fair treatment in the competition for award of a District purchase contract.

  • Offer Form means the Offer Form set out in Part 3 of this Tender Document;

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids including an Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Negotiated Request for Proposal, or Request for Expression of Interest;

  • Price Proposal means the price offer included in the Proposal submitted by a Proposer as set forth on the forms requested in Exhibit C-2 of the ITP.

  • Purchase Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Offer means “proposals” in negotiation.
