Negotiated Trade definition

Negotiated Trade means off market transaction and such transaction shall be carried out as per the Central Depository rules.
Negotiated Trade means a privately negotiated transaction effected through the means of a national securities exchange or over-the-counter market in which the identity of the purchasing counterparty (other than any underwriter or similar intermediary) is known to Lavazza, unless such purchasing counterparty is an “Eligible Financial Institution” as defined in Section 8(b).
Negotiated Trade means (i) a Benchmark trade, including, but not limited to, a Volume-Weighted Average Price trade or a Time-Weighted Average Price trade, provided that,if such a trade is composed of two or more component trades, each component trade complies with the quoting and trading increment requirements of the Plan, or with an exception to such requirements, or (ii) a Pilot Qualified Contingent Trade.

Examples of Negotiated Trade in a sentence

  • A Negotiated Trade Order must be entered on the Platform with the Order size, limit price, buy or sell indication, and committed counterparty.

The Employee shall, both during and after the Term, upon the Company’s request, promptly execute and deliver to the Company all such assignments, certificates and instruments, and shall promptly perform such other acts, as the Company may from time to time in its discretion deem necessary or desirable to evidence, establish, maintain, perfect, enforce or defend the Company’s rights in Confidential Information and Employee Developments.
