Negotiating session definition

Negotiating session as used in this agreement shall mean when the negotiation teams meet formally to negotiate.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Contractor/ The Successful Bidder means the person whose Tender has been accepted and awarded letter of Acceptance followed by the Supply Order or Contract by the Purchaser.

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Negotiation means a transfer of possession, whether voluntary or involuntary, of an instrument by a person other than the issuer to a person who thereby becomes its holder.

  • Bid Proposal or “Proposal” means the bidder’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.

  • Discussion means an exchange of information to promote understanding of a City’s agency's requirements and offeror's proposal and to facilitate arriving at a contract that will be the best value to the City. Discussions are not permissible in competitive sealed bidding, except to the extent permissible in the first phase of multi-step sealed bidding to determine the acceptability of technical offers.
