NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules definition

NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules means the New England Power Pool Generation Information System Operating Rules as may be amended from time to time pursuant to the NEPOOL Agreement.

  • In addition, the Parties agree to follow the specific Delivery rules applicable to the chosen Delivery Schedule, pursuant to Part 3 Transfer of Certificates of the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.

  • As pursuant to Part 2 Rule 2.1 (b) of the NEPOOL- GIS Operating Rules, Certificates are created quarterly on the 15th day of the calendar quarter (the Creation Date) that is the second calendar quarter following the calendar quarter in which the Energy associated with the Certificate was generated.

  • Seller shall make such transfer to Buyer annually within thirty (30) days after the end of each contract year for Environmental Attributes produced during such contract year; provided that, if required to make more frequent transfers under NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules, Seller shall make such transfers quarterly within thirty (30) days after the end of each quarter.

  • For each Trading Period for‌ ZRECs purchased and sold under the Agreement during the Term, Seller shall affect the transfer of the purchased amount of Connecticut Class I RECs as a Forward Certificate Transfer to Buyer (or by other means as agreed to by Buyer) in accordance with the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.
