Net Base Award definition

Net Base Award means the Base Award for a given Qualified Claimant following the application of any reductions or limitations applicable to such Base Award.

Examples of Net Base Award in a sentence

  • Promptly after the end of each calendar week beginning fourteen (14) Business Days after enrollment in the Settlement Program opens, the Claims Processor shall provide to HOC and the SOC a weekly status report, in such form and in such detail as HOC reasonably from time to time may specify, identifying those Enrolled Claimants who have qualified as Settlement Program Claimants together with the amount of each Net Base Award or Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimant award.

  • If an Enrolled Claimant qualifies as a Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimant, s/he will not also receive a Net Base Award or any Net Enhancements Benefit and the award for the Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimant will be issued as soon as practicable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if a Settlement Program Claimant appeals any portion of his/her Settlement Program Award pursuant to Section 5.4), s/he will not be placed on the First Supplemental 2016 EBP Award Report and, therefore, HOC will not fund any portion of his/her Settlement Program Award (including the Net Base Award or Net QRS-Related Enhancements Benefit) until all appeals brought by the individual Qualified Claimant are resolved.

Related to Net Base Award

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Annual Award means the cash payment paid or payable to the Executive with respect to a fiscal year under the Corporation's Incentive Compensation Performance Plan.

  • Section 162(m) Award means a Performance Award granted under Section 6(k)(i) to a Covered Employee that is intended to satisfy the requirements for “performance-based compensation” within the meaning of Section 162(m).

  • Bonus Award means a bonus award made pursuant to Section 9.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Stock Bonus Award means an Award granted under Section 10 of this Plan.

  • Employee Award means the grant of any Option, SAR, Stock Award, Cash Award or Performance Award, whether granted singly, in combination or in tandem, to a Participant who is an Employee pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of the Plan.

  • Restricted Share Unit Award means a right to receive Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Appreciation Right means a right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan, and shall include both Tandem Appreciation Rights and Free-Standing Appreciation Rights.

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.
