Qualified Claimant definition

Qualified Claimant means any Pre-Petition Settlement Claimant or Participating Claimant entitled to receive payment from the Collateral Trust pursuant to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement.
Qualified Claimant means each Enrolled Claimant who has demonstrated by the submission of his/her Required Submissions to meet the eligibility requirements of the Qualified Revision Surgery Program and the Claims Processor has made a determination of eligibility for such Enrolled Claimant or the Enrolled Claimant has been deemed to be a Settlement Program Claimant pursuant to Section 5.1.5.
Qualified Claimant means each member of the Settlement Class who is entitled to receive a Settlement Share because they have properly filed a Claim Form.
