Base Award definition

Base Award means the amount available to Qualified Claimants as part of the Base Award Program before the application of any applicable reductions or limitations.
Base Award means the portion a Participant’s Restricted Stock Unit Award consisting of the Voluntary Deferral as described in Section 4(a) hereof.
Base Award means the portion a Participant’s Restricted Stock Unit Award granted with respect to a Voluntary Deferral as described in Section 4(c).

  • Accordingly, an Unrepresented Claimant is eligible for an amount equal to seventy-one percent (71%) of the Base Award for each revised hip, being Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($213,000), subject to any other applicable reductions or limitations.

More Definitions of Base Award

Base Award means the dollar award for each Participating Unit which is a fixed percentage of the total Participant salaries for that unit. Each unit will be allocated a portion of Participant salaries for Participants at the corporate level and such allocation will be based on the capital employed by each unit at the beginning of the year.
Base Award means an amount granted to a Participant from the Base Award Pool that is calculated with reference to his Base Award Percentage for a Performance Period.

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Section 162(m) Award means a Performance Award granted under Section 6(k)(i) to a Covered Employee that is intended to satisfy the requirements for “performance-based compensation” within the meaning of Section 162(m).

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.
