Net Carbon Intensity Condition definition

Net Carbon Intensity Condition means that (i) the Net Carbon Intensity, as at the Net Carbon Intensity Observation Date was equal to or lower than the Net Carbon Intensity Threshold and (ii) the Consolidated disclosure of Non-Financial Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016 or Sustainability Performance Report, as the case may be, and the related Verification Assurance Report as at the Net Carbon Intensity Observation Date have been published on the Issuer’s website by no later than the relevant Sustainability Performance Reporting Deadline.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Submerged lands means those lands which are inundated by water on a seasonal or more frequent basis.

  • Submerged fill pipe means any fill pipe with the discharge opening entirely submerged when the liquid level is six inches above the bottom of the tank; or when applied to a tank which is loaded from the side, shall mean any fill pipe with the discharge opening entirely submerged when the liquid level is eighteen inches above the bottom of the tank.

  • Construction Debt means debt incurred to fund (a) all or a portion of a Capital Improvement, (b) interest payments (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees on other Construction Debt or (c) distributions (including incremental Incentive Distributions) on Construction Equity.

  • Image intensifier means a device, installed in its housing, which instantaneously converts an x-ray pattern into a corresponding light image of higher intensity.
