Net Cash Interest Expense definition

Net Cash Interest Expense means for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for any period, Interest Expense, minus interest earned by the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries on investments as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Net Cash Interest Expense means, with respect to any Person and its Subsidiaries and for any period, Cash Interest Expense of such Person and its Subsidiaries for such period, less the amount of interest income received in cash by such Person and its Subsidiaries for such period.
Net Cash Interest Expense means, for any period, total cash interest expense, net of interest income, of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries (other than Unrestricted Subsidiaries) for such period (including all commissions, discounts and other fees and charges owed with respect to letters of credit and bankers’ acceptances and net costs under swap agreements in respect of interest rates to the extent such costs are paid in cash during such period), calculated on a consolidated basis.

Net Cash Interest Expense means cash interest expense minus cash interest income.
