Net Income After Income Taxes definition

Net Income After Income Taxes means the net income of the Company after income taxes, computed in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles and as reflected on the audited financial statements of the Company. Appropriate adjustments shall be made to the Annual Bonus to be paid to reflect customary and ordinary accounting adjustments made at year end with respect to the prior fiscal year.
Net Income After Income Taxes means with respect to each fiscal year of the Company, the sum of (y), the net income after income taxes, but without taking into account any unusual, non-recurring gains or losses recognized during such year including tax benefits associated with deferred tax assets; and (z) any amount of the performance bonus payable under this Section 3(b) for such fiscal year which has been accrued as an expense and included in the Company's payroll and related expenses for such fiscal year in arriving at the amount of the Company's net income after income taxes. For purposes of this Agreement, net income after income taxes for any year shall be as reported on a consolidated basis in the Company's annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for such fiscal year .
Net Income After Income Taxes means with respect to each fiscal quarter of the Company, the sum of the net income after income taxes, but without taking into account any unusual, non-recurring gains or losses recognized during such quarter; and any amount of the performance bonus payable under this Bonus Program for such fiscal quarter, which has been accrued as an expense and included in the Company's payroll and related expenses for such fiscal quarter in arriving at the amount of the Company's net income after income taxes. For purposes of this Agreement, net income after income taxes for any quarter shall be as reported on a consolidated basis in the Company's quarterly reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for such fiscal quarter.

  • Incremental Income Taxes is defined in Section 6.9.

  • Gross income means the same as it does for income tax purposes, even if the income is not actually taxable, such as interest on tax-free bonds. Examples include: compensation for services, income from business, gains from property dealings, interest, rents, dividends, pensions, IRA distributions, social security, distributive share of partnership gross income, and alimony, but not child support.
