Examples of Net After-Tax Benefit in a sentence
The Company shall then compare (x) the Executive’s Net After-Tax Benefit assuming application of the 4999 Limit with (y) the Executive’s Net After-Tax Benefit without the application of the 4999 Limit and the Executive shall be entitled to the greater of (x) or (y).
A comparison shall then be made between (A) Executive’s Net After-Tax Benefit (as defined below) assuming application of the 4999 Limit; and (B) Executive’s Net After-Tax Benefit without application of the 4999 Limit.
