Net income and revenue definition

Net income and revenue means the income arising from the operation of a building remaining after providing for the costs of operation of such building and the costs of maintenance thereof.

  • Net Income means, with respect to any Person, the net income (loss) of such Person, determined in accordance with GAAP and before any reduction in respect of Preferred Stock dividends.
