Net Invested Capital definition

Net Invested Capital. : means the total amount of non-financial assets, net of non-financial liabilities;
Net Invested Capital means Invested Capital multiplied by a fraction: (a) the numerator of which is the dollar amount of all capital commitments to the Partnership other than capital commitments as to which the Partnership will not charge a management fee or carried interest; and (b) the denominator of which is all capital commitments to the Partnership, all as of the last business day of the quarterly period as to which the Management Fee is being calculated.
Net Invested Capital means Capital Contributions reduced by cumulative distributions of Capital Receipts to the Partners pursuant to Sections 4.06(ii) and 4.07A(ii).
