Net Investment definition

Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.

Net Investment means, at any time, the amount equal to (a) the sum of the cash amounts paid to the SPV in respect of Investments pursuant to Sections 2.2(a) and 2.3 together with the amount of any funding under a Program Support Agreement allocated to the Interest Component at the time of such funding less (b) the aggregate amount of Collections theretofore received and applied by the Administrative Agent to reduce such Net Investment pursuant to Section 2.12; provided that the Net Investment shall be restored and reinstated in the amount of any Collections so received and applied if at any time the distribution of such Collections is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason; and provided further, that the Net Investment shall be increased by the amount described in Section 3.1(a) as described therein.

Net Investment means the principal amount of Securities purchased, minus principal payments received on the Securities.

• The Special Servicer shall be entitled to make withdrawals from the REO Account to pay itself, as additional servicing compensation in accordance with Section 3.11(d), interest and investment income earned in respect of amounts held in the REO Account as provided in Section 3.06(b) (but only to the extent of the Net Investment Earnings with respect to the REO Account for any Collection Period).

• Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

• To the extent the Separate Account invests in Investment Funds, and the assets of the Investment Funds are invested in a class or series of shares of a specified trust or investment company, the Accumulation Unit Value of a Variable Investment Option for any Valuation Period is equal to the Accumulation Unit Value for that Fund on the immediately preceding Valuation Period multiplied by the Net Investment Factor for that Fund for the current Valuation Period.

More Definitions of Net Investment

Net Investment with respect to a Lease, means the present value of the sum of (i) Scheduled Payments due thereunder and (ii) the residual payment amount at the end of the Lease term, discounted at the Implicit Interest Rate for such Lease.

Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the original issue price paid by such stockholders for the purchase of Common Stock; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners the total amount of Capital Contributions with respect to Common Units; in each case reduced by distributions from the sale or refinancing of properties with respect to Common Stock or Common Units.
