Net Liquidation Losses definition

Net Liquidation Losses means, as of any Distribution Date, with respect to all Liquidated Contracts on an aggregate basis, the amount, if any, by which (a) the outstanding Principal Balance of all Liquidated Contracts (as of the respective dates upon which they became Liquidated Contracts) exceeds (b) the Net Liquidation Proceeds received in respect of Liquidated Contracts.
Net Liquidation Losses means, with respect to any Collection Period, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate Principal Balance of all Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during that Collection Period exceeds (b) the Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any Deficiency Balance recoveries received during that Collection Period.
