Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as the Borrower has Net Operating Revenues that are at least equal to said month’s portion of items (a) through (e) of Section 5.7 of the Indenture, then the Borrower may retain from Net Operating Revenues for such month the Borrower Administration Fee for such month.
The Borrower shall, at all times while any of the Bonds remain outstanding, fix, prescribe and collect rents, fees and charges in connection with the Project, so as to yield Net Operating Revenues, including any earnings on the Debt Service Reserve Fund, for the immediately preceding 12 month period that will result in a Coverage Ratio at least equal to 1.30 (rounded up to the nearest hundredth) with respect to the Bonds debt service.

To the extent the City enters into such agreements and pledges Net Operating Revenues, Designated Revenues or Junior Subordinate Lien Revenues to the payments due under such agreements, the City may do so if the City satisfies the tests for additional Revenue Obligations set forth in the Senior Lien Revenue Obligation Documents, the Junior Lien Revenue Obligation Documents and the Junior Subordinate Lien Revenue Obligation Documents, as applicable, subject to the provisions set forth below.
