Net Orders means as to any Performance Period, the Company’s or a business unit’s net orders calculated (and reviewed by the Company’s external independent auditors in accordance with agreed standard procedures) for and reported in the Company’s quarterly financial earnings press release filed by the Company on a Current Report on Form 8-K.
