Net Prepayments definition

Net Prepayments. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the amount equal to the excess, if any, of the (i) Principal Prepayment Amount for that Loan Group over (ii) the aggregate amount of Deferred Interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group from the preceding Due Date to the Due Date related to that Distribution Date.
Net Prepayments. As to any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the excess, if any, of the (i) Principal Prepayment Amount for that Distribution Date over (ii) the aggregate amount of Deferred Interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans from the preceding Due Date to the Due Date related to that Distribution Date.
Net Prepayments. With respect to any Distribution Date and any Loan Group, Principal Prepayments net of Deferred Interest with respect to that Loan Group.

Examples of Net Prepayments in a sentence

  • As to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Net Prepayments received in the Prepayment Period related to that prior Due Date).

  • For purposes of SECTION 4.1(B), the Estimated Net Prepayments and Inventory shall not include the Inventory Value of any Non-qualified Inventory.

  • For purposes of SECTION 4.2, the Final Net Prepayments and Inventory shall only include the Inventory Value of Non-qualified Inventory that is disposed of by Purchaser prior to the time the Final Net Prepayments and Inventory is finally determined.

  • Purchaser shall pay Parent the Inventory Value of any Non-qualified Inventory that is disposed of after the Final Net Prepayments and Inventory is finally determined within 30 business days from the date of such disposal.

Related to Net Prepayments

  • Prepayments means any moneys which shall be paid to the Issuer prior to the time such amounts become due. Prepayments shall not include any interest paid on such moneys.

  • Prepayment means, with respect to any Receivable, any prepayment, whether in part or in full, in respect of such Receivable.

  • Mandatory Prepayments has the meaning given to such term in Section 1.2(b).

  • Debt Prepayment Application means, with respect to any asset disposition, the application by the Company or any Subsidiary thereof of cash in an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount (or portion thereof) with respect to such asset disposition to pay Senior Indebtedness of the Company or such Subsidiary.
