Net Settlement definition

Net Settlement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Net Settlement means a settlement procedure in which final settlement of transfer instructions occurs on a net basis at one or more discrete, pre-specified times during the processing day;
Net Settlement means the Company retains a number of the Shares issuable pursuant to RSU vesting on that date having an aggregate Fair Market Value that equals the amount of the Company Deposits paid.

Examples of Net Settlement in a sentence

  • If the Court approves a Class Counsel Fees Payment and/or a Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment less than the amounts requested, the Administrator will allocate the remainder to the Net Settlement Amount.

  • The Administrator will retain amounts equal to their Individual Class Payments in the Net Settlement Amount for distribution to Participating Class Members on a pro rata basis.

  • If an objector appeals the Judgment, the Parties’ obligations to perform under this Agreement will be suspended until such time as the appeal is finally resolved and the Judgment becomes final, except as to matters that do not affect the amount of the Net Settlement Amount.
