Nominated Bank Account. The parties have agreed to amend Clause 10 of the Agreement by deleting Clause 10.1 and 10.2 of the Agreement and replacing same with the following provision of the Wappoint Agreement so that the Clause reads as follows:
10.1 Before the commencement date the merchant shall let Wappoint and Nedbank Card and Payments Division in Johannesburg have full details in writing of its nominated bank account.
10.2 The Merchant shall not change the nominated bank account without giving written notice to Wappoint. Anny query relating to the nominated bank account shall be communicated to Wappoint within 3 (three) days of the date of the relevant bank statement, failing which the Merchant shall have no claim against Wappoint in respect thereof.”
Nominated Bank Account. If you decide for your Direct Payment to be managed through a direct payment support service provider, the Council agrees to pay your Direct Payment to the direct payment support service provider in their nominated bank account. The Council agrees to pay to you the Direct Payment into the Nominated Bank Account monthly in advance net of your personal contribution (if any). If you have a Nominated Bank Account (as opposed to a Prepaid Card), Part 1 (with the exception of section 1) and Part 2 of the Terms and Conditions will apply to you.
Nominated Bank Account. The Account Literature gives more information about how to Instruct the payment of money from Barclays Investment Solutions to your Investment Saver Account and how to recall the cash to your Investment Account when you want to.
Nominated Bank Account. Subject to clause 15.2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Grant will be paid into the following bank account: You must notify us immediately in writing of any change to your Nominated Bank Account details.
Nominated Bank Account. During the Application process, you will be required to enter details of your Nominated Bank Account. Your Nominated Bank Account is a UK Bank or Building Society Account, held in your own name (or a joint account on which you are one of the joint account holders) and which you specify you wish to be attached to your Account(s). Your Adviser is responsible for initial money laundering and identity verification checks that will verify that the Account belongs to you and the Adviser will then confirm to Hubwise that the Account is validated. Once Hubwise have this confirmation, you can then make payments to and receive payments from your Account on the Platform. Transfer instructions from your Adviser to or from your Nominated Bank Account will normally be processed within one Business Day of receipt. You may only have one Nominated Bank Account with the Platform at any given time and your Nominated Bank Account is the only account Hubwise will make payments of any kind (withdrawals) to, from your Account(s) on the Platform. Please note that it is not part of the Platform Service for Hubwise to pay money out of your Account(s) on your instruction to third parties, other than to other FCA Regulated Persons. When paying monies into your Account on the Platform, from your Nominated Bank Account, you must quote your Account Reference. If you have set up Regular Contributions by direct debit, the direct debit must be set up to go out of your Nominated Bank Account. Your Nominated Bank Account will also be used to receive Income from your Assets or Regular Withdrawals, if you select this option. If you need to change your Nominated Bank Account at any time, you will need to notify your Adviser and they will then request the details and documentation that they need from you to enable them to instruct Hubwise to process this change in line with their prevention of fraud policies and this will incur a Charge, as set out in our Schedule of Charges. Subject to completing any checks Hubwise may require to be carried out, Hubwise will make the change and replace your Nominated Bank Account on the Platform usually within five Business Days of receipt of your Adviser’s written instruction. It is also possible to request Hubwise, via your Adviser, to add an additional bank account (in your own name) to the Platform at any time, which may then be used to make contributions to your Account(s), but the process will again incur an Expense, as set out in the Schedule of Charges,...

Nominated Bank Account. Each owner must supply a bank account with an ACH authority to the Property Manager in order for them to deduct any regular or special assessments
Nominated Bank Account. (a) The Merchant shall at all times during the term of the Agreement maintain a Nominated Bank Account in GBP or Euro currency (or such other currency as Paysafe may agree in writing from time to time) for the purpose of enabling Paysafe to credit payments due to the Merchant, and to debit any sums payable by the Merchant to Paysafe and/or recoverable by Paysafe under the Agreement, by direct debit (or otherwise as required by Paysafe). If the Merchant requires more than one such account, the Merchant must obtain Paysafe's prior written consent before having any other Nominated Bank Account. Where the currency of the Nominated Bank Account is different to the currency which the Merchant has elected to be settled in, the Merchant shall be responsible for any and all foreign exchange charges arising, whether charged by Paysafe or any third party.
(b) The Merchant hereby authorises each Alternative Payment Scheme Facilitator, Paysafe and any person authorised by Paysafe to transfer money to and from the Nominated Bank Account as required in order to perform the Services and/or exercise any rights under the Agreement.
(c) If the Merchant intends to change any of its Nominated Bank Accounts, the Merchant must give Paysafe at least sixty (60) calendar days’ prior written notice. Such notice must be accompanied by either a copy of a bank account statement for the new Nominated Bank Account (dated no more than three (3) months prior to the Merchant's notification) or a voided cheque. The Merchant shall initiate a new payment instruction in relation to the new Nominated Bank Account in accordance with the Agreement. Subject to Clause 20.3, Paysafe shall have no liability to the Merchant whatsoever for any Losses caused by any delay in the payment of settlement funds to the Merchant due to and/or during any such changes to any Nominated Bank Account.
Nominated Bank Account. The Seller 2 Nominated Bank Account is owned solely by Constellation Overseas, no person other than Constellation Overseas has any ownership of or other interest in such account and Constellation Overseas will receive the Seller 2 Amount on behalf of Seller 2 in such account. 1 Operating Services Contract dated 25 April 2005 entered into between the Capixaba JVO and Petrobras, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Nominated Bank Account. The annual stewardship payments for the BSA will be paid only to the owner’s bank account. If the BSA applicant is a legal entity or a partnership, the nominated bank account must be owned by the legal entity or the partnership itself not by the directors or partners or by another entity or partnership even if the individual directors or partners are the same. A Nominated Bank Account Form must be submitted before the BSA is registered with NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS). The form must be signed by the owner on title. In the case of multiple landowners entering into a BSA, the nominated bank account may be owned by one of these owners. This must be agreed to by all the applicants and expressly stipulated in the relevant section of the BSA or in a separate legal document. In the case of multiple counterparties, each applicant must sign the Nominated Bank Account Form even if the bank account is owned by just one of them.
