Net Units of Product Sold definition

Net Units of Product Sold means the total number of units of Product which are sold by Abbott or its Affiliates to Third Parties during the given calendar quarter or year less any returned, recalled, damaged or any other such units of Product for which the customer has been credited the original sales price. For any given period, the Net Units of Product Sold shall equal that number of units of Product included in the calculation of Abbott Net Sales for the same period. The Net Units of Product Sold shall be calculated separately for the U.S. Territory and the International Territory.
