Related to Network Connection Charges

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing.
