Network Rail Standards definition

Network Rail Standards means a standards document (or the equivalent of such document) issued by Network Rail from time to time in relation to the Network as a whole and which applies to the performance of the Works and Services under this Agreement, as published on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇;
Network Rail Standards are the Network Rail Standards published by the Hirer;
Network Rail Standards means any standards applicable to work on or near Network Rail assets not limited to those published by Rail Safety and Standards Board Limited or the Railway Group Standards Code.

  • Use or refer to Railway Group Standards, Network Rail Standards, European Standards and the Supplier’s specifications as appropriate.

  • Without prejudice to or limitation of Network Rail’s statutory rights, the Goods supplied shall comply in all respects with Network Rail Standards, Railway Group Standards and the Schedule 1 Specification and if no Specification is referred to in this Agreement the Goods shall be of the best quality appropriate for the purpose (if any) specified by Network Rail.

  • The Supplier shall not action the implementation of such Group Standard or Network Rail Standards until such instruction to do so is received from the Employer’s Representative.

  • The Project will be delivered in accordance with GRIP principles, relevant Network Rail Standards and the Specification for the Works as agreed by the SCPF Steering Group.

  • If there is a change in Railway Group Standards or Network Rail Standards affecting the Services after the date of this Agreement which necessitates a variation to the Services, such variation shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall not action the implementation of such Group Standard or Network Rail Standards until such instruction to do so is received from the Client’s Representative.

  • The NSF2 Project will be delivered in accordance with GRIP principles, relevant Network Rail Standards and the Specification of the Works.

  • The Contractor shall comply with Railway Group Standards, Network Rail Standards and/or any other equivalent standards.

  • Without prejudice to or limitation of Network Rail’s statutory rights, the Goods supplied shall comply in all respects with Network Rail Standards, Railway Group Standards and the Specification and if no Specification is referred to in the Contract the Goods shall be of the best quality appropriate for the purpose (if any) specified by Network Rail.

  • If there is a change in Railway Group Standards or Network Rail Standards affecting the Works after the date of this Agreement which necessitates a variation to the Works, such variation shall be treated as if it were an Employer’s Instructions to which the provisions of Clause 6.
