Network Rail Standards definition

Network Rail Standards means a standards document (or the equivalent of such document) issued by Network Rail for its own use as amended by Network Rail from time to time in relation to the Network as a whole or any part of it;
Network Rail Standards are the Network Rail Standards published by the Hirer;
Network Rail Standards means to the extent applicable to the Units, the Simulator, the Spares, the Special Tools and the OOC Depot those operational and engineering standards published by Network Rail associated with the safe interworking of the operation of rolling stock or depots with Network Rail's facilities or infrastructure;

  • If there is a change in Railway Group Standards or Network Rail Standards affecting the Works after the date of this Agreement which necessitates a variation to the Works, such variation shall be treated as if it were an Employer’s Instructions to which the provisions of Clause 6.

  • The works shall be subject to all applicable Network Rail Standards.

  • The NSF2 Project will be delivered in accordance with GRIP principles, relevant Network Rail Standards and the Specification of the Works.

  • Without prejudice to or limitation of Network Rail’s statutory rights, the Goods supplied shall comply in all respects with Network Rail Standards, Railway Group Standards and the Schedule 1 Specification and if no Specification is referred to in this Agreement the Goods shall be of the best quality appropriate for the purpose (if any) specified by Network Rail.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;
