Special Tools definition

Special Tools means tools or devices that are (i) provided by original equipment manufacturers or other Contractors or Subcontractors supplying Goods to Seller in connection with the performance of the Work and received by Seller and (ii) designed or intended specifically for use in connection with the construction, installation, testing, use, operation, maintenance, repair, removal, or replacement of the Project or any portion thereof, including those listed on Schedule 1.1E.
Special Tools means tools in conjunction with anti-tampering devices which are made available only to distributors authorised by the vehicle manufacturer and are not available to the general public;
Special Tools as defined in the Technical Specifications.

Special Tools means hand tools specifically designed by or on behalf of an OEM for application to a particular task in the maintenance, repair or servicing of a particular Motor Vehicle distributed by the relevant OEM and which tools, the OEM has the right and is able to supply to any other person; and
