New Channels definition

New Channels means the new channels to be launched and/or to be distributed by ZEEL in future and/or not forming part of the list of Channels set out in ANNEXURE II as on date of execution of this Agreement.
New Channels means the new Television Channels of STAR that may be launched and offered by STAR in future, after the date of execution of this SLA.
New Channels means the new Television Channels of TVTN that may be launched and offered by TVTN in future, after the date of execution of this SLA.

Examples of New Channels in a sentence

  • In the event the DTH Operator intends to subscribe for any additional Zee Group Channels and/or New Channels on A-xx-xxxxx and/or Bouquet(s) basis during the Term of this Agreement, the DTH Operator may do so by executing the Amendment Agreement for Additional Channels, in the manner prescribed on ZEEL’s website.

  • In the event the MSO intends to subscribe for any additional Zee Group Channels and/or New Channels on A-xx-xxxxx and/or Bouquet(s) basis during the Term of this Agreement, the MSO may do so by executing the Amendment Agreement for Additional Channels, in the manner prescribed on ZEEL’s website.

  • In the event the IPTV Operator intends to subscribe for any additional Zee Group Channels and/or New Channels on A-xx-xxxxx and/or Bouquet(s) basis during the Term of this Agreement, the IPTV Operator may do so by executing the Amendment Agreement for Additional Channels, in the manner prescribed on ZEEL’s website.

New Channels means the new channels to be launched and/or to be distributed by ZEEL in future and/or not forming part of the list of Channels set out in ANNEXURE II as on date of execution of this Agreement. the DTH Operator and for which due authorization needs to be obtained from ZEEL for distribution of such channel to subscribers.
New Channels means the new television Channels of the Broadcaster that may be launched and offered by Broadcaster in future, after the date of execution of this Agreement and/or not subscribed by the Operator under this Agreement;

Related to New Channels

  • Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

  • Television Channel means Zee Group Channel, which has been granted permission for downlinking by the Central Government under the policy guidelines issued or amended by it from time to time and reference to the term ‘channel’ shall be construed as a reference to “television channel”

  • Pay Channel means a channel which is declared as such by ZEEL and for which a share of maximum retail price is to be paid to ZEEL by the IPTV Operator and for which due authorization needs to be obtained from ZEEL for distribution of such channel to subscribers.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Territory means worldwide.

  • Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
