New Contract Material definition

New Contract Material means any material provided in connection with the Contract that is created, written or otherwise brought into existence by or on behalf of the Contractor in the course of performing the Contract.

Examples of New Contract Material in a sentence

  • Title to, and Intellectual Property rights in, all New Contract Material (other than copyright) shall, on creation, vest or otherwise be assigned or transferred to the Principal, without the need for further assurance.
