New Corporate Governance Term Sheet definition

New Corporate Governance Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Disclosure Statement, including all schedules, exhibits attached thereto, setting forth the terms and conditions of the New Securityholders Agreement, the New Warrants and the organizational documents of Reorganized Hornbeck.
