New Employer LSL Accrual definition

New Employer LSL Accrual means the amount of long service leave accrued by the teacher with the New Employer calculated in accordance with the scale of accrual set out in subclause 29.3 taking into account the deemed service in accordance with subclause 31.2(b);
New Employer LSL Accrual means the amount of long service leave accrued by the Employee with the New Employer calculated in accordance with the scale of accrual set out in subclause 17.2 (a) taking into account the deemed service in accordance with subclause 18.2(b);
New Employer LSL Accrual means the amount of long service leave accrued by the employee with the New Employer calculated in accordance with the scale of accrual set out in subclause 35.2(a) taking into account the deemed service in accordance with subclause 36.2(b);

  • New Employer means, after a Change in Control, a Participant’s employer, or any direct or indirect parent or any direct or indirect majority-owned subsidiary of such employer.
