The Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to maintain such listing until none of the Exchange Securities issued for Euro Notes is outstanding or until such time as payment in respect of principal and interest and additional amounts, if any, in respect of the New Euro Notes has been duly provided for, whichever is earlier.
