New Exit Facility Credit Agreement definition

New Exit Facility Credit Agreement means the agreement to be entered into by the Reorganized Debtors, the New Exit Facility Agent and the New Exit Facility Lenders on the Effective Date that shall govern the New Exit Facility.
New Exit Facility Credit Agreement means the credit agreement governing the New Exit Facility, a copy of which will be filed in the Plan Supplement, which shall be in accordance with the New Exit Facility Term Sheet (including the New Exit Facility Commitment).

The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Revolving Facility Commitments on the Closing Date is $100,000,000. On the Closing Date, there is only one Class of Revolving Facility Commitments. After the Closing Date, additional Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments may be added or created pursuant to Incremental Assumption Agreements.
