Scan increment means the amount of relative displacement of the patient with respect to the CT x-ray system between successive scans measured along the direction of such displacement.
Tax Increment District or "district" means that area to which the tax increment finance plan pertains.

Second Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted ten months before the Delivery Year to which it relates.
Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement means an Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Term Lenders.
Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Incremental Term Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).
Tax increment financing acts means 1975 PA 197, MCL 125.1651 to 125.1681, the tax increment finance authority act, 1980 PA 450, MCL 125.1801 to 125.1830, the local development financing act, 1986 PA 281, MCL 125.2151 to 125.2174, the brownfield redevelopment financing act, 1996 PA 381, MCL 125.2651 to 125.2672, or the corridor improvement authority act, 2005 PA 280, MCL 125.2871 to 125.2899.
Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date means, with respect to each Class of Incremental Term Loans, each date on which Incremental Term Loans of such Class are incurred pursuant to Section 2.01(b) and as otherwise specified in any amendment providing for Incremental Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.22.
Incremental Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Facility Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d).
Incremental Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).
Incremental Term B Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Term Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Loans.
Incremental Term Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Term Loan.
Incremental Term Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Incremental Term A Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
First Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted 20 months prior to the start of the Delivery Year to which it relates.
Incremental Term Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of an Incremental Term Lender, evidencing Incremental Term Loans made by such Incremental Term Lender, substantially in the form attached to the Incremental Term Supplement.
Bid Incremental value means the minimum amount over and above the last highest bid amount by which any participating Qualified Bidder will be required to increase the next bid on the auction portal;
Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.
Incremental Term Lenders (a) on any Increased Facility Activation Date relating to Incremental Term Loans, the Lenders signatory to the relevant Increased Facility Activation Notice and (b) thereafter, each Lender that is a holder of an Incremental Term Loan.
Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Term Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Incremental Term Loans of any Series hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans of such Series to be made by such Lender.
Incremental Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Incremental Term Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).
