The Contractor shall complete the schedule for each area of work.
Consumers seeking service to New Large Load through the New Large Load Direct Access Program described in Schedule 293 must do so by submitting to the Company an official binding written notification of its intent to elect this program at the earlier of a binding written agreement with the Company for eligible new load or one year prior to the expected starting date of the incremental load.
To remain eligible for service under Schedule 689, Customer’s actual load at the facility being served under the New Large Load Direct Access Program must achieve a 10MWa over a period of twelve consecutive months within the first 36 months of receiving service.
RULE TEXT: (1) New Large Load Direct Access Program consumers are subject to the requirements set forth in OAR 860-038-0250 and OAR 860-038-0280, except as set forth in section (3).
Section (1) of this rule sunsets following the fifth calendar year that the New Large Load Direct Access Program has been in place.
